On the second day of the exchange, my pal gave me a wonderful crockpot cookbook. I have a horrible obsession with cookbooks. I just love to collect them and make the recipes. I have been on a soup kick lately and plan to make either Hearty Corn Chowder or the Tequila Chicken Soup for dinner today:) Both sound awesome. Though after looking at the Hearty Corn Chowder, I do not have everything needed to make it. So I have decided to shift that to Wednesday. DH is having eye surgery on Tuesday so I am making a double batch of homemade chicken and noodle tomorrow.
